Pawlullaby 30-Day Happy-Pup Guarantee. If you or your pup aren't completely happy within 30 days of delivery, email us at hello@pawlullaby.com for a full refund. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Items that arrive damaged or defective are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Because each order ships from our fulfillment center, please contact us before sending anything back.
